Nutritional Therapy: One to One Consultations £150
The traditional Face to Face consultation.
This consultation will usually last for an hour with a further 15 minute phone call to answer any questions after you have recieved your nutritional therapy plan.
During the consultation I will take a full and detailed medical history to try to identify areas we can work on together through nutrition and lifestyle adjustments. I will not prescribe any medication but may make some supplement suggestions. I will email a detailed plan to you with links to recipes and ideas as well as fact sheets where appropriate.
Online Consultations £120
These take the same format at the face to face consultations but are done through an online medium such as Skype or Face time.
Follow up consultations £75 (£60 online)
A shorter 30 minute consultation in follow up, to find out how you are getting on, if you have any new symptoms or problems and the next steps.
A follow up usually takes place around 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation as this is the optimum amount of time to start seeing results and allow for an adjustment period, however we can adjust this to suit your needs and timetable.
These consultations can be performed face to face or online (Skype/Facetime).
Catch up calls £20
A short 15 minute call to answer any questions or queries in relation to the nutrition plan.
Many businesses now acknowledge the importance of investment in the health and well-being of their employees. It creates greater productivity and job satisfaction. If you are a business owner and are interested in offering a nutritional advice service to your employees do get in touch. I would be happy to advise on nutrition and health promotion within the work place.
Supplements and Testing
Any supplements or functional testing will be an additional cost.
Supplements are not always necessary and we can discuss your budget for these before recommendations are made, I will always give you the best advice within your budget.
Functional testing is something I occasionally use but again is not always necessary, we can discuss whether this is required at all in your case.
I sometimes ask that people have some tests with their own GP and if you have had any testing done already bringing copies of your results to your appointment is invaluable.
